Job summary

Reworld Projects, LLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead power-generation, boiler, steam-system, turbine-generator, and control-room operations. The role involves building a skilled, safety-first team and overseeing a cross-trained workforce on a rotating 12-hour schedule.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will monitor boilers, turbines, and the steam plant, coordinate maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. A sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three or more years of supervisory experience in power generation or resource recovery plant operations.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret administrative periodicals, technical procedures, regulations, operating instructions, and plant documentation.
• Ability to write reports and correspondence and effectively present information in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure policies and procedures are followed safely and efficiently.
• Approve requests to remove equipment from service for maintenance or other purposes; ensure equipment is properly cleared and tagged.
• Maintain the plant within all environmental limits and permits.
• Provide emergency responses to injuries or accidents.
• Direct completion of shifts, daily, weekly, and monthly checks.
• Coordinate maintenance activities.
• Train and manage a motivated, flexible, cross-trained workforce.
• Lead technical training and development for personnel on the assigned shift.
• Work a rotating 12-hour schedule alternating day and night shifts.
