Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead power-generation and boiler operations at our USA facility. You will supervise a skilled, safety-first team, monitor boilers, turbines, and the steam plant, and ensure compliance with environmental permits.

This role requires at least 3 years of supervisory experience in power generation, ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, and strong communication in English. The position includes a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in power generation or similar plant operations.
• Experience with high-pressure boilers, electric-generation equipment, and steam systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment for all personnel and ensure policies and procedures are followed safely and efficiently.
• Approve requests to remove equipment from service for maintenance or other purposes; ensure equipment is properly cleared and tagged; and issue safety permits in accordance with plant procedures.
• Maintain the plant within all environmental limits and permits.
• Provide emergency responses to injuries or accidents.
• Direct completion of shifts, daily, weekly, and monthly checks.
• Maximize operational performance across all aspects of the facility.
• Troubleshoot plant operational issues.
• Coordinate maintenance activities.
• Complete projects assigned by the Operations Manager.
• Train and manage a motivated, flexible, cross-trained, and technically capable workforce.
• Lead technical training and development for personnel on the assigned shift.
• Maintain administrative personnel records.
• Work a rotating 12-hour schedule alternating day and night shifts, with overtime as needed.
