Job summary

Reworld Projects, LLC seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead safe, compliant operation of a heavy industrial power-generation and resource-recovery facility on assigned shifts.

You will supervise plant personnel, oversee high‑pressure boilers, turbines, and control systems, and ensure regulatory and environmental compliance while optimizing reliability and performance. This role requires at least three years of supervisory experience and a NJ license.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of supervisory experience in heavy industrial or manufacturing settings.
• Active New Jersey Operating Engineer or Boiler Operator license with Black Seal, Blue Seal, Red Seal, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with high-pressure boilers and electric-generating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe operations and environmental compliance.
• Supervise boilers, turbines, steam systems and related equipment.
• Conduct regular plant rounds and monitor performance.
• Direct maintenance and operations personnel during shifts.
