Job summary

SEEC LLC in Gerardstown, West Virginia is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our power plant operations. You will manage daily shift activities, ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies, and coordinate maintenance with a focus on reliability and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on plant experience, strong leadership, and the ability to interpret instrumentation and control diagrams. A technical diploma is preferred; HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in power or resource recovery plant operations.
• Hands-on experience with high-pressure boilers and electrical generation; formal technical training is required.
• Knowledge of steam generating power stations and instrument/control systems; ability to originate and monitor plant procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Maintain the plant within environmental limits and permits.
• Emergency response to injuries or accidents.
• Direct shift, daily, weekly, and monthly checks.
• Approve requests for removing equipment from service; issue safety permits.
