SEEC LLC in Maryland is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead operations at a power plant. You will oversee safety, environmental compliance, and reliable energy production, ensuring adherence to all permits and procedures.

You will manage a 12-hour rotating shift, coordinate maintenance, and train staff to be technically capable and safety-conscious. A HS diploma is required; engineering degree is desirable.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in power or resource recovery plant operations.
• Hands-on experience with high-pressure boilers and electrical generation.
• Knowledge of steam generating power stations and instrument and control systems.
• Ability to originate and monitor plant procedures and technical instructions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• HS Diploma or GED required.

• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain plant within environmental limits and permits.
• Provide emergency response to injuries or accidents.
• Direct shift, daily, weekly, and monthly checks.
• Approve removal of equipment from service and issue safety permits.
• Troubleshoot operations and coordinate maintenance for optimal performance.
• Train and manage a skilled, flexible, cross-trained workforce.
