Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee plant operations to meet environmental limits and permits.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate incident response.
• Direct shift, daily, weekly, and monthly checks.
• Train and manage a skilled, cross-trained workforce to ensure reliability.
