Reworld Waste, LLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our power plant in Virginia. The role ensures safe and efficient plant operations, monitors boilers and turbine systems, and oversees the shift team, guiding personnel through routines and emergencies in compliance with permits and safety standards.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in power/resource recovery plant operations; an engineering degree is a plus, with required ASME QRO provisional licensing.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years of experience in power or resource recovery plant operations.
• Engineering degree desirable; hands-on experience with high-pressure boilers and electrical generation.
• Must obtain & maintain ASME QRO Provisional & Site-Specific Operators license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe operation of the facility during assigned shift.
• Monitor boilers, turbine and steam plant; supervise personnel.
• Direct/coordinate emergency and routine operations within safety permits and environmental limits.
• Troubleshoot plant issues and coordinate maintenance; train and lead a capable team.
