Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline preferred.
• Two or more years of power plant experience required with Bachelor's Degree; five+ years without degree.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Good decision-making, communication, leadership skills, and knowledge of power plant principles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, appraise, and coordinate plant personnel in control room, coal handling and other equipment operations and maintenance.
• Lead plant personnel including Unit Operating Engineers and other roles.
• Fully responsible for safe, reliable, legal and efficient plant operation on PM, Owl, and weekend shifts.
