Job summary

Keel Infrastructure is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee the production of steam and electricity, coordinating across departments and maintaining safety and compliance. As the senior on duty, you’ll supervise operations, monitor maintenance, and ensure adherence to environmental permits and company policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Four years' experience in a power plant / control room environment, or equivalent education and experience.
• High school or vocational school diploma preferred. Technical training and demonstrated ability to perform successfully in similar work environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of the power plant and safety of all personnel on site.
• Supervise plant operations personnel and coordinate with Ops Manager and O&M Coordinator.
• Maintain logs and reports, review plant operating logs, and ensure corrective actions are taken.
