Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical discipline with 5 years related experience.
• Associate's degree in engineering or technical discipline with 7 years related experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 9 years related experience.
• Maintain minimum access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties.
• Experience in maintenance and work management.
• Technical experience related to power generation equipment auxiliaries.
• Experience with Asset Suite 9 (AS9).

Responsibilities

• Supervise Technicians in operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of plant equipment on shift.
• Oversee repair of mechanical and electrical equipment and instrument maintenance.
• Implement conduct of operations to meet standards.
• Provide direction, facilitate group decisions and teamwork.
• Adhere to company policies in all dealings with employees.
• Manage O&M costs and support strategic goals.
• Be on call for outages and changing plant conditions.
• Administer Asset Suite 9 (AS9) and Work Management processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
