Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have four years' experience in a power plant or control room environment.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to obtain Shift Supervisor and Control Room Operator qualifications.
• Valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of the power plant and safety for all personnel on site.
• Provide direct supervision to plant operations personnel.
• Plan, direct and perform maintenance and testing of plant systems.
• Maintain logs and reports; manage downtime and production indices.
• Communicate with O&M Manager and other departments.
