• Knowledge of steam power plant system operations and principles.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams and technical manuals.
• Must pass pre-employment DOT drug screen and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor auxiliary equipment and systems for safe, efficient electricity production.
• Observe operating conditions, troubleshoot problems and interpret meter readings.
• Record data and maintain shift logs; perform routine area cleaning and maintenance.
