Job summary

Primoris Energy Services is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee Gas and Steam Turbine Data Center/Power Plant construction projects from planning through completion. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across complex EPC programs.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in turbine plant construction and at least 5 years in PM roles, with strong leadership and a track record of delivering on-time,

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in simple/combined cycle power plant construction.
• 5+ years in project management roles.
• Strong knowledge of gas/steam turbines and BOP.
• Experience with EPC contracts and construction methodologies.
• Leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and execution strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineers and contractors.
• Oversee contract negotiations, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure safety, environmental compliance, and quality standards.
• Monitor expenditures and financial performance.
• Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and compliance documents.
