Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead design-build and EPC projects, manage prime contracts, and supervise engineering, procurement, and construction teams. The role oversees project execution from inception to completion, including field operations and subcontract administration.

Required is 10+ years in construction PM, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of EPC processes, safety, quality, scheduling, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an engineering, construction, or business field.
• 10+ years’ experience in Construction Project Management, DB/EPC projects in power delivery preferred.
• Knowledge of engineering, design, scheduling, contracting and prime contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated DB/EPC teams from inception through completion and oversee design, procurement, and construction activities.
• Direct management of prime contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance; monitor project performance and reporting.
• Coordinate communication with customers and stakeholders; resolve disputes.
• Supervise Project Managers and coordinate with CM’s and site safety reps.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and progress reporting; ensure timely payments.
