Job summary

Quanta Power Solutions seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead EPC gas-fired power generation projects from design through commissioning. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, startup, and client engagement to ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

Ideal candidates have direct EPC PM experience on gas-fired or coal-fired facilities, with knowledge of combined-cycle and thermal plants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• EPC project management experience in gas-fired or coal-fired power facilities.
• Experience with combined-cycle, simple-cycle, or thermal power plant construction.
• Knowledge of EPC execution, sequencing, and commissioning coordination.
• Experience with cost forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams on large-scale industrial projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPC project execution for large-scale gas-fired power facilities from design through commissioning.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and execution strategy.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to align deliverables and milestones.
• Serve as primary interface with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and leadership.
• Oversee financial performance including forecasting, reporting, cost controls, and change management.
• Drive planning, execution, and risk mitigation for successful delivery.
• Ensure compliance with standards, specifications, contracts, and safety expectations.
• Support staffing, resource planning, and scheduling.
