Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 15+ years in industrial or power construction, 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience managing large EPC projects (> $100M) in gas turbine co-generation/LNG.
• Strong leadership, communication, and risk management.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for a multi-million-dollar power project lifecycle.
• Act as client’s primary contact and maintain trust.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, construction, safety.
• Oversee contractor performance and safety compliance.
• Manage change control and resource planning.
