Job summary

Blue Energy is seeking a Project Manager / Project Engineer (PM/PE) to lead major components of a Phase-1 Combined Cycle Gas Turbine power plant project, coordinating with EPC contractors, utilities, and owner-supplied equipment. The role emphasizes schedule adherence, budget monitoring, and effective stakeholder communication.

You will oversee sub-projects, manage teams, ensure compliance with standards, and drive documentation from design through commissioning and startup.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of qualified experience in the field and / or home office project execution (EPC experience preferred).
• Proven ability to manage complex scope, schedules, and budgets across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage sub-projects and scope areas, including EOR contractor management and utility integration.
• Manage the full delivery cycle of major owner-supplied equipment packages for the BE CCGT power plant.
• Ensure schedule adherence and integration; coordinate with control, procurement, and site teams.
• Lead execution partners and maintain transparent communication through logs and meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
• Prepare reports and status updates for management; assist with testing, commissioning, and turnover.
