Primoris Energy Services seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and completion of Gas and Steam Turbine Data Center/Power Plant construction projects. The role requires leadership, coordination, and technical expertise to deliver safely, on schedule, and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in power plant construction, strong PMP/PRINCE2 knowledge, and experience with EPC contracts, BOP, and construction methodologies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• 8–10 years in simple and combined cycle power plant construction; 5+ years in PM roles.

Aufgaben

• Plan and manage project schedules, budgets, and execution strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineers and contractors.
• Oversee contract negotiations, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental policies and industry standards.
• Monitor expenditures and financial performance.
• Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and regulatory documentation.
