Job summary

Reworld seeks a Control Room Operator to oversee power facility operations, monitor plant systems, respond to alarms, and lead a team under the shift Supervisor. You will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient plant performance while coordinating with maintenance and operations staff.

The role requires field presence during outages, strong knowledge of boiler and turbine systems, and adherence to safety and environmental standards. Rotating 12‑hour shifts apply.

Qualifications

• Lead and train operators on plant systems and safety practices.
• Monitor and record logs; respond to abnormal conditions and alarms.
• Coordinate with supervisors to ensure safe, efficient startup/shut-downs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership and safety compliance in all shift activities.
• Instruct Operators on operating principles of boiler, turbine, and auxiliary equipment.
• Manage critical events and provide clear directions during emergencies.
