Reworld is seeking a Control Room Operator to lead and direct plant operations, monitor all systems, respond to alarms, and execute start-up and shut-down procedures safely. This on-site role requires field presence during outages and adherence to safety and environmental standards.

You will train other operators, read blueprints and P&IDs, maintain logs, and coordinate with supervisors to ensure continuous, compliant performance.

Qualifications

• Leadership and motivational skills; able to stay alert while seated for long periods.
• Understands operating principles of power facility systems, components and steam cycles.
• Maintains required logs and calculations; notifies supervisor of abnormal conditions.

Responsabilités

• Lead Operators and direct plant operation under shift Supervisor.
• Monitor plant systems continuously and respond to alarms with corrective actions.
• Execute plant start-up and shut-down procedures safely and efficiently.
• Provide guidance to Crane, Auxiliary, and Back Plant Operators for safe operation.
• Maintain knowledge of boiler, turbine and auxiliary equipment operations.
• Read blueprints, P&ID’s and schematic specs.
• Manage critical events and prioritize tasks during emergencies with clear directions.
• Respond to operational alarms with immediate corrective action.
• Be in the field during outages as required.
• Apply best practices to support safety and operational goals.
