The role partners with senior leaders to convert early conversations into qualified pipeline, expanding relationships with electric utilities, IPPs, and grid operators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus extensive sales/business development experience in power markets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills at executive level.
• Deep understanding of grid operations, market structures, and regulatory drivers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account growth strategies for power market clients.
• Lead executive-level discovery and shaping opportunities before formal procurement.
• Manage client relationships with senior decision-makers across utilities and IPPs.
• Coordinate with leaders to align pursuit priorities and deliver integrated solutions.
• Maintain and forecast pipeline, providing updates to senior leadership.
