HDR, Inc. is seeking a Power Market Sector Leader to oversee growth in Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, and Delaware.

You will lead a team of professionals in power generation and delivery, drive client development, and expand HDR’s market presence with utilities, developers, and industrial clients. The role requires a Power/Engineering background, a track record in strategic marketing, and the ability to recruit and develop talent across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in an engineering, planning or related field.
• At least 10 years of industry experience.
• Experience managing strategic marketing programs for planning/engineering services.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and manage programs.
• Leadership and staff development experience.
• Active involvement in industry associations and market visibility.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Grow HDR’s Power services portfolio in PA, OH, WV, and DE.
• Pursue opportunities: design, consulting, advisory, owners engineering, asset management.
• Build external teaming relationships and represent HDR in associations.
• Provide leadership and project management to ensure quality delivery.
• Coordinate with leadership to align resources and marketing efforts.
• Drive client growth and staff recruitment for business development.
