HDR, Inc. is seeking a Power Market Sector Leader to drive growth of HDR’s Power program in Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, and Delaware. You will lead strategic marketing efforts, expand client relationships, and recruit top talent across regional offices.

With a seller-doer mindset, you’ll oversee projects, coordinate with regional leaders, and position HDR to deliver design, advisory, and engineering services for utilities, data centers, and renewable energy clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, planning, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of industry experience.
• Experience in development and management of strategic marketing programs.
• Experience managing client relationships and pursuits.
• Staff development and recruiting experience.
• Active involvement with industry associations.
• Ability to work with regional leadership and HDR culture.
