HDR, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Power Market Sector Leader to oversee and grow HDR’s Power program across PA, OH, WV and DE.

You will guide strategy, secure new client opportunities and lead a team of professionals delivering siting, environmental diligence, transmission, and power design services. The role requires a seller/doer mindset, 10+ years of industry experience, and collaboration with regional leaders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering, planning or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of industry experience.
• Experience in development and management of strategic marketing programs for planning and/or engineering services.
• Experience in development and management of a wide range of client relationships and specific pursuits.
• Experience with staff development including recruiting and career growth.
• Active involvement with industry associations and visible market presence.
• Ability to work with regional leaders and various HDR leadership roles.
• Commitment to HDR values and employee-owned culture.

Responsabilidades

• Grow, monitor and participate in the execution of HDR’s Power services in PA, OH, WV and DE.
• Identify opportunities across design, consulting, advisory, owners engineering and asset management.
• Establish external teaming relationships to support growth and represent HDR publicly.
• Provide leadership and project management to ensure staff adequacy and quality results.
• Coordinate with business group leaders to align resources with workload and marketing.
• Drive client growth and staff recruitment to support development plans.
• Coordinate with operations and leaders to enable work sharing.
• Lead and motivate staff to meet growth goals.
