Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in an engineering, planning or a related field is required.
• Experience developing and managing strategic marketing programs for planning or engineering services is required.
• Experience managing client relationships and pursuing program or project opportunities is required.
• Leadership and staff development experience is required.
• Active involvement with industry associations and HDR values is essential.

Responsibilities

• Grow HDR’s Power services portfolio across PA, OH, WV & DE.
• Lead business development, market diversification, and talent development to support project needs.
• Manage client relationships, staff assignments, and project delivery to maintain quality and schedule.
