United Rentals, the world's largest equipment rental provider, seeks an Outside Sales Rep in the Power/HVAC division to be the voice and initial contact for our customers in Minnesota. You will rent and sell turnkey power supply and climate control solutions, using consultative skills to turn prospects into loyal customers.

This role combines sales excellence with technical collaboration: sizing, quoting, site assessments, and coordinating with operations for successful delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of sales experience.
• Knowledge of construction or related equipment preferred; however, candidates with comparable industry experience and strong sales acumen will be considered.
• High intellectual abilities to sell complex products and customer solutions.
• Equipment sizing, quoting, installation and maintenance for various projects.

Aufgaben

• Increase revenue for the branch through quality customer service and strong product knowledge.
• Establish new rental accounts via calls and visits.
• Present full range of turnkey services to customers.
• Provide job site assessments, application solutions and quotes with the technical staff.
• Educate customers on equipment and services through demonstrations and training sessions.
• Follow up with invoices and payments with the operations staff.
• Report sales activity using Salesforce and other tools.
