Stanley Consultants is seeking a Growth Leader for the Power Generation market. This hybrid role supports national energy market initiatives, expands client relationships, and drives EPC/FEED projects across multiple U.S. locations.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in the energy industry.

Responsabilidades

• Develop Power Generation projects including combustion turbine simple cycle, combined cycle and reciprocating engine projects.
• Develop EPC projects in the Power Generation market sector.
• Develop FEED studies, technical advisory, and analysis engagements.
• Grow existing client relationships and identify new clients nationwide.
• Provide leadership in client relationships, capture planning, strategy, and proposals.
• Mentor energy team and grow Power Generation expertise.
• Contribute to strategy development, market trends, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain pipeline reporting for energy market opportunities.
• Collaborate with Client Service Managers to sustain pipeline health.
• Participate in Go/No-Go discussions and recommendations.
