Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in the energy sector.
• Proven leadership in growth initiatives and client development.

Responsibilities

• Develop Power Generation projects including turbine and engine facilities.
• Develop EPC projects in the Power Generation market.
• Lead FEED studies, advisory, and analysis engagements.
• Grow new and existing client relationships nationwide.
• Provide leadership in capture planning, strategy, and proposals.
• Mentor energy team and grow Power Generation expertise.
• Participate in strategy development, market trends, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain pipeline visibility and report on opportunities.
• Travel as required.
