Stanley Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Growth Leader in Power Generation to win and deliver energy market projects nationwide in the U.S. The role focuses on growing existing client relationships and developing new ones while leading a team of energy professionals in a hybrid work environment.

You will oversee EPC and FEED studies, drive strategy, pursue opportunities, and negotiate contracts. Travel is required as needed, with multiple U.S. locations including Muscatine, IA.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in the energy industry.

Mansioni

• Develop Power Generation projects including combustion turbine simple cycle, combined cycle and reciprocating engine projects.
• Develop EPC projects in the Power Generation market sector.
• Develop FEED studies, technical advisory, and analysis engagements.
• Grow existing client relationships and pursue new clients.
• Lead client relationship development, capture planning, and proposal activities.
• Mentor energy team and grow Power Generation expertise.
• Participate in strategy development, market trends, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of energy market opportunities with Client Service Managers.
