Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to lead a portfolio of sustaining capital projects across operating power generation facilities in Arizona on a 12-month contract. The role is hybrid, with one day in the Phoenix area and occasional travel to sites, coordinating between plant operations, maintenance, engineering, contractors, and vendors to keep projects safe, on schedule, and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management or Project Engineering experience
• Experience within power generation, utilities, manufacturing, oil & gas, mining, or another heavy industrial environment
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders
• Experience supporting construction and commissioning activities
• Experience with low- to medium-voltage electrical projects
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, ideally Electrical Engineering

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of sustaining capital projects across operating generation facilities
• Coordinate between plant operations, maintenance, engineering teams, contractors, and vendors
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, procurement, construction activities, commissioning support, and project turnover
• Minimize impacts to ongoing plant operations while executing brownfield capital projects
