Job summary

Salt River Project in Tempe, AZ, is seeking a Power Delivery Project Manager (Levels 1–3) to oversee planning, design, engineering, procurement and construction of high‑value substation and transmission projects. The role requires coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring adherence to scope, budget, schedule, and safety standards.

Hybrid workplace with telework up to three days per week; candidates must live in Arizona.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Level 1: 4 years of relevant experience; Level 2: 2–6 years; Level 3: 5–9 years (as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for managing planning, design, engineering, procurement and construction on high‑value utility substation and transmission projects.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants/contractors; act as single point of contact with outside entities.
