Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 11 years of experience managing large power generation projects.
• Experience managing projects exceeding $200M in value.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Brownfield projects exceeding $200M or a portfolio of power-generation projects.
• Communicate project health, risks, and status to stakeholders, customers, sponsors, and senior leadership.
• Capture and document lessons learned and provide summary briefings as required.
• Identify project risks, issues, and opportunities through detailed contract analysis and mitigation strategies.
• Develop the project baseline income statement using approved estimates and DOR splits.
• Provide regular cost reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Oversee development and execution of integrated project schedules with critical path activities.
• Ensure resource allocation and execution against baseline plans.
• Support development of recovery plans when project deviations occur.
• Leadscope expansion initiatives and change order strategies.
• Direct all phases using project management methodologies and standards.
• Manage formal change control across scope, cost, schedule, performance.
• Provide timely performance feedback and resolve conflicts within teams.
• Support continuous improvement of project management practices and new processes.
• Contribute to proposal development and bid support activities.
