Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking a Project Manager with energy and industrial building experience to lead power generation projects across multiple offices and client teams. The role involves managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk to optimize client outcomes and financial performance.

The candidate will coordinate with stakeholders, mentor other PMs, and support business development while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering, construction management, or business.
• 10+ years of experience in Energy Engineering with 5+ years in project management.
• Experience in Thermal Generation projects (Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Reciprocating Engines and BOP).
• Firm understanding of PMP Principles.
• Demonstrated capabilities in managing large multi-discipline programs and multi-office projects.
• Experience with Design Bid Build project delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of medium to large multi-discipline engineering projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Support business development through scoping, fee development, proposals, interviews, negotiations, and contracts.
• Define project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and progress tracking.
• Form a project team and assign responsibilities to execute tasks per schedule.
• Submit documents to federal, state, and local authorities for code compliance and permits.
• Maintain a continuing relationship with clients for ongoing business development.
