Job summary

ManpowerGroup seeks a Project Engineer to join a global leader in power generation and energy. You'll bridge customers, EPC firms, and internal teams through the lifecycle of large generator projects.

Strong communication and leadership are essential in our fast-paced engineering environment. The role emphasizes collaboration with manufacturing, supply chain, and field teams; travel ~10% is required, with a hybrid work arrangement (2–3 days onsite per week).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant engineering experience.
• Experience in Project Engineering, Design Engineering, or Field Engineering supporting generator, turbine, power generation, or related industrial projects.
• Strong customer-facing experience and ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience managing technical issues, engineering changes, project schedules, and budgets.
• Ability to travel approximately 10% and work in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical liaison between customers, EPC firms, and internal engineering teams.
• Coordinate engineering activities, technical deliverables, and project execution for generator and power generation projects.
• Lead customer meetings, resolve technical issues, and manage engineering change requests.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, suppliers, and field personnel to support project execution and customer satisfaction.
