Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas is seeking a Product Line Manager to oversee a portfolio of power generation service products from strategy through commercialization and lifecycle optimization.

You will align roadmaps with business objectives, collaborate with Engineering, PMO, Manufacturing, Finance, Sales, Service Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing to drive growth and profitability, while maintaining product data and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent industry experience.
• At least 10 years in power generation, product management, engineering, service operations, or related field.
• Experience defining requirements, value propositions, and roadmaps for service upgrades.
• Knowledge of reliability, emissions, maintenance intervals, and heavy‑duty power generation equipment.
• Strong business, financial, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to communicate technical and commercial concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategies, roadmaps, positioning, and lifecycle plans.
• Prioritize initiatives, allocate budgets, and communicate value to stakeholders.
• Lead development by defining requirements, benefits, and implementation plans.
• Oversee lifecycle management, performance improvements, and end‑of‑life decisions.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and customer engagement.
• Manage financial performance through forecasting, pricing, and profitability.
• Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams on go‑to‑market and messaging.
• Support sales with training, opportunities, and customer solutions.
• Coordinate across functions to ensure successful execution.
• Maintain product data, metrics, and leadership reporting.
• Drive process improvements and vendor relationships to support growth.
