Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Operations Senior Manager for North America, based in Orlando, to lead a high-performing team. You’ll oversee proposal support for Power Generation Services, drive governance, pricing discipline, and cross-functional execution with Sales, LTSA, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, process improvement, and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, with periodic travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field and 8–10 years in commercial operations, proposal development, sales ops, or industrial services.
• Minimum 3 years of people leadership or team leadership experience.
• Experience leading complex proposal development, pricing coordination, and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial Operations team performance, prioritization, workload balancing, and proposal execution.
• Develop, coach, and mentor team members; set performance expectations and development plans.
• Oversee opportunities from intake through proposal delivery, approval, order booking support, and handoff.
• Provide direct proposal support for complex or high-priority opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional proposal efforts from kickoff through submission, coordinating strategy and timelines.
