Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Engineering Operations to drive operational excellence across PGS Engineering through integrated planning, scheduling, and analytics.

You will standardize processes, forecast capacity, and ensure alignment with service and product delivery commitments. Reporting to the Director of Engineering Operations & Configuration Management, you will lead the development of forecasting models, KPI dashboards, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology, Operations Management, or a related technical discipline from four-year college or university.
• 8 to 10 years of progressively responsible experience with prior leadership experience.
• PMP or PMI-SP certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience with Primavera P6, Windchill PLM, CAD, Power BI, Power Platform, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across PGS functions to integrate planning and scheduling into project management.
• Partner with PMO to standardize initiation, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and reporting.
• Communicate priorities and resolve constraints with engineering and production-system leaders.
• Lead capacity planning, workload forecasting, and resource optimization.
