Job summary

Mitsubishi Power is seeking a seasoned Product Line Manager to lead a portfolio of power generation service products through strategy, development, and lifecycle optimization. You will align roadmaps with objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities while collaborating with Engineering, PMO, Manufacturing, Finance, Sales, Service Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in power generation, product management, engineering, service operations, or related field.
• Direct experience developing or executing service upgrades for power generation facilities.
• Strong understanding of reliability, emissions, maintenance intervals, and heavy-duty equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies, roadmaps, positioning, and lifecycle plans.
• Prioritize initiatives, allocate budgets, and communicate business value across stakeholders.
• Lead product development by defining requirements, value propositions, and implementation roadmaps.
• Oversee lifecycle management including end-of-life decisions and stop-investment recommendations.
• Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and risks.
• Manage product financial performance through forecasting, pricing, and profitability analysis.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams on go-to-market strategies and messaging.
• Support sales with product training and customer-specific solutions.
• Coordinate across Engineering, PMO, Manufacturing, Finance, Sales, Service Operations, and Marketing to ensure execution.
• Maintain ownership of product data, metrics, and leadership reporting.
