Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas is seeking a Director of Quality Management for Power Generation to direct and advance the quality initiatives across our multi-unit organization. You will plan, develop, and implement plans and procedures to achieve the quality strategy and ensure a unified QMS across all business units.

You will lead change management, establish quality metrics and governance, and drive continuous improvement with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and related quality experience.
• Minimum five years leading quality programs in power generation/related manufacturing.
• Equivalent education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage a unified Quality Management System across business units.
• Develop and implement quality plans, procedures, and governance.
• Define quality metrics, dashboards, and reviews for leadership visibility.
• Lead audits, CAPAs, deviations, and supplier quality management.
• Partner with leaders to drive adoption and enterprise-wide quality improvements.
• Lead change management and capability-building for QMS use.
