Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas is seeking a Manager of Engineering Operations to drive operational excellence across engineering planning, scheduling, and analytics. You will coordinate with PMO, IT, and Service teams to standardize processes, forecast capacity, and deliver projects on time.

Leading a multidisciplinary team, you will advance digital transformation using Primavera P6, Windchill PLM, CAD, and Power BI to improve data quality and execution readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; 8–10 years of progressively responsible experience with leadership.
• PMI-PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred but not required; experience with project planning and scheduling.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6, Windchill PLM, CAD, Power BI, Power Platform, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across engineering planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Lead integration of engineering systems with broader project management processes.
• Own analytics strategy including KPI dashboards and forecasting models.
• Coach and develop Engineering Operations team and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
