Job summary

GCS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Program Manager - Power & Energy Transition to support a large-scale infrastructure program powering new logistics and distribution facilities across the United States.

The role requires strong program management with solid understanding of electrical infrastructure and utility coordination, leading cross-functional teams with engineering, construction, and operations to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, PM, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience in infrastructure or energy projects.
• Experience working with electric utility providers on interconnections.
• Strong understanding of electrical infrastructure and power capacity planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead power planning and utility coordination for new facilities.
• Manage interconnections, capacity assessments, and timelines.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, design, and operations to stay on schedule.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, and reports.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, manage dependencies.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
• Support temporary power planning when permanent connections delay.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communicate updates.
• Ensure successful delivery through planning, governance, and execution.
