Job summary

United Utility Power Services, LLC is seeking a highly organized Program Manager to lead a multi-year initiative strengthening the Gulf South electrical grid. You will oversee planning, budgeting, stakeholder coordination, and performance tracking, driving safe and effective delivery across projects.

The role requires 7+ years in program management within utilities, strong client relationships, and knowledge of regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

7+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience in electric utility or related field preferred.
In-depth knowledge of resiliency planning, grid modernization, and utility regulations.
Strong financial management of large, multi-disciplinary projects.
Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of resiliency projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate engineering, construction, procurement, and regulatory teams.
Serve as primary contact with utility partners and maintain client relationships.
Monitor milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Manage subcontractors and vendors for timely, cost-effective delivery.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in program delivery.
