Caterpillar is seeking an Aftermarket Sales Representative – Power & Energy to manage dealers’ relationships and grow revenue across Canadian and Northwestern US Industrial dealers. You will partner with Parts & Service Sales Managers to drive sales execution and implement growth actions.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, effective communication, and value selling to deliver customized solutions while navigating industry trends and regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in industrial engines, power generation, or related aftermarket sales.
• Strong analytical skills to identify growth opportunities with data.
• Proven success driving dealer channel partnerships.

Aufgaben

• Partner with dealers’ Parts & Service Sales Managers to influence sales force effectiveness.
• Lead regular sales execution meetings with dealers and drive growth actions.
• Drive key growth metrics with dealers, including CVA $, PSE $, and Connectivity.
• Develop local action plans using data analytics to recapture lost sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strong commercial relationships.
• Track opportunities and close rates; report VOC/VOD.
• Stay current on industry trends, technology changes, and regulations.
• Understand business model and approve variance programs.
