Job summary

TRC is hiring Distribution Coordinator I for our local Power Distribution Engineering team in the Carrollton, GA area. This role supports managers, prepares documents, tracks progress, and helps with project administration in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of relevant experience; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Distribution Coordinator I or similar.
• High School graduate or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in project tracking, scheduling, and document control preferred.
• Proficient use and knowledge of computers and MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Assist Managers, Directors, Supervisors and staff with general day to day operations.
• Prepare documents and materials (proposals, presentations, deliverables) including formatting.
• Support monthly progress reports, draft invoices, scheduling, and tracking project status.
• Support project administration: capture, organize, invoices, meeting minutes and reports.
• Handle general office administration: procure materials, schedule calls, book rooms.
• Maintain strong client and team communication and project reporting.
• Assist with storm restoration logistics and scheduling as needed.
• Promote safety and compliance with TRC and client policies.
