TRC Companies, Inc. is hiring a Distribution Coordinator for our Power Distribution Engineering team in San Antonio, Texas.

The role supports managers and staff with general administration, project coordination, and reporting to help achieve project goals and meet client expectations. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a fast-paced environment, a High School diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's preferred), and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with project tracking, scheduling, and document control.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Assist managers and staff with day-to-day operations.
• Prepare documents and materials (proposals, presentations, deliverables).
• Prepare monthly progress reports, draft invoices, and project schedules.
• Support project administration, including reports and communications.
• Handle general office administration and scheduling; requisition of materials and equipment.
• Maintain high level of customer service and project reporting to clients and TRC management.
• Assist in storm restoration logistics as needed.
• Promote safety in line with TRC and client policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
