Leidos is seeking a Program Director for Power Delivery Solutions. The role leads engineering and professional services for assigned programs, coordinating with multiple managers and the PMO to ensure technical and financial success in the power delivery domain.

Local candidates in the DC/Maryland/Virginia corridor or nearby regions are preferred. The position emphasizes strong leadership, scope control, and cost-conscious delivery across teams.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with ten (10)+ years of experience in electric utility engineering.
• Functional understanding of electrical, civil, structural and mechanical engineering as applied to power delivery.
• Advanced understanding of electric power utility industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent team building and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of engineering and professional services on assigned program(s).
• Engage technical teams, review progress, and maximize program outcomes.
• Collaborate with Section Managers on delivery and resource management.
• Partner with PMO to optimize program management and issue investigations.
• Develop financial forecasts of revenue and operating income for the program.
