Job summary

WSP is seeking a Power Delivery Project Manager to lead day-to-day project execution for engineering teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and robust controls across Substation, Transmission and Distribution projects in the U.S. This role emphasizes risk management, schedule adherence, and client interface.

The position supports a hybrid work model with travel to client sites and WSP offices nationwide, requiring strong leadership and extensive EPC delivery experience in the power grid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management or related field; PMP certification will be considered.
• 10+ years in project management within Power Delivery/Utility industry.
• 3+ years leading engineering/construction teams for high/extra-high voltage projects.
• 1+ year in EPC delivery model management.
• Proficient with project management processes and tools (contract, risk, schedule, cost).

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for HV/EHV projects across the US, including budgets and KPIs.
• Lead and manage project execution for multiple concurrent projects.
• Oversee schedule, budget, and resources including external vendors.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Act as primary authority on project-related issues.
