Job summary

Qualus is seeking a Senior Project Manager in its Program Management organization to plan, manage, and execute a portfolio of power delivery projects. You will oversee scope, schedule, cost, quality, communications, resources, procurement, and risk to optimize client service, quality, and financial performance.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in power delivery, with strong financial acumen and proven ability to lead large, multi-office programs.

Qualifications

Strong financial management capabilities for large programs.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Experience leading multi-discipline, multi-office programs and portfolios.
Ability to manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk across complex projects.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of medium-large power delivery projects.
Support business development through scoping, proposals, and contract discussions.
Define project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and vendor lists.
Meet with client management to resolve issues and obtain approvals.
Maintain ongoing client relationships to support business development.
Oversee day-to-day project team activities and deliverables.
Ensure project objectives on quality, scope, budget, and schedule are met.
Identify potential out-of-scope work and manage change orders.
Assess and manage project risk from proposal through completion.
