Job summary

WSP is seeking a Power Delivery Project Management Project Coordinator to provide advanced administrative support for project teams. The role focuses on coordinating activities, maintaining documentation integrity, and enabling timely task execution across multiple offices.

You will lead and assist with project setup, milestones, dashboards, and client deliverables, while partnering with Procurement and Finance to monitor budgets and payments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant post-education experience in related job capacity.
• Understanding of project lifecycles from planning to close-out.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with documentation management and procurement activities.
• Professional communication and data-driven reporting proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project setup and maintain detailed logs and schedules.
• Prepare client deliverables, contracts, reports, RFIs, and change orders.
• Facilitate meetings, track action items, and distribute follow-up materials.
• Monitor budgets, invoice approvals, and timely payments with Finance.
• Support onboarding, access management, and cross-functional collaboration.
