Job summary

WSP is seeking a Power Delivery Project Management Project Coordinator to join our U.S. team. This role provides advanced administrative and logistical support to project teams, ensuring documentation integrity and timely execution of critical tasks.

You will coordinate cross-functional activities, manage budgets and reporting, support onboarding, and help drive project delivery across multiple offices with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and project-tracking tools.
• Experience with documents management platforms and procurement processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist the Project Manager in creation of project setup.
• Develop and maintain project logs, schedules, and status reports.
• Coordinate creation and finalization of client deliverables to standards.
• Manage documentation including contracts, reports, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Track milestones and follow up to ensure completion of tasks.
• Support project dashboards and cross-contributor data input.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, notes, and follow-up materials.
• Assist in onboarding and access for project staff.
• Coordinate budgets, invoice approvals, and timely payments with Finance.
• Identify process improvements and resolve administrative challenges.
